무슨 차를 마시는 것보다 누구랑 마시느냐가 더 중요하다


영화 <녹차전쟁>에서 나오는 마지막 대사입니다.

It is more important whom to drink the tea with than which tea to drink.


That’s the last line from the movie <GreenTea War>



다도에서는 80도 정도의 온도가 


차를 마시기 이상적이라고 하죠


100도의 끓는 물은 뜨거워서


차의 맛을 해칠 수 있다고 하는데요


손으로 컵을 감쌌을 때 


따뜻함이 느껴지는 온도가 가장 좋다고 하네요.



80 degrees in Celsius is the perfect water temperature for infusing tea 
because over 100 degrees is so high that will ruin the taste of the tea. 
Another way to measure the right temperature of the water is 
wrap the cup with water in with two hands 
and see if you can feel the warmth on it.
