Jang Young sil science Garden is located on the same road of Dongnae History Hall in Bokcheon-dong in Dongnae.

Jang Young sil was born in Dongnae, and became the best scientist in Joseon dynasty by overcoming the status as a slave.

In Jang Young sil science Garden you can find 20 astronomy apparatuses invented by Jang Young sil, which are designed to fit in the latitude and longitude of Dongnae.

장영실은 부산 동래 출신으로, 노비라는 신분을 넘고 조선 최고의 과학자가 되었습니다.

장영실 과학동산은 장영실이 만든 천문기기 20점을 동래구의 위도와 경도에 맞게 설계되여 체험할 수 있습니다.

 

 

This place is where you can learn about the sad history of the things that disappeared after the Imjin war.

You can find out about the history of Dongnae, Dongnae Eupseong in the early Joseon dynasty, houses, ruins of Dongnae Eupseong  in the 19th century, and shapes and constructions of the fortress.

임진왜란 이후 사라져 버린 것들에 대한 안타까움이 담겨 있는 곳 입니다.
