It’s a snack bar where you must have been if you have spent your childhood in Busan. It got its name because the size of the shop was so small that it looked like the size of the size of students’ legs in the old days, when the shop was made with clothes. 

떡볶이 made with rice by the shop owner with special chili sauce and deep fried squid are the recommendable menu.
