신발원 is a Chinese snack shop which was opened in 1951 and has been passed down for 3rd generation now. It is Chinese way of eating breakfast to eat snacks/bread by dipping them in bean soup mixed with black sugar. For 만두(dumpling), the skin is very thick, so you can eat the skin and the inside separately if you want.

 

1951년에 개점하여 3대째 운영하고 있는 중국 주전부리 가게. 콩국에 흑설탕을 넣고 중국 과자를 찍어먹는 게 중국의 아침식사라고 하네요. 피가 두꺼워 빵 같은 만두는 피 따로 빵 따로 소스를 찍어 먹어도 맛있습니다.
