A place where you can try Italian home-style cooking. It’s a restaurant where it goes well with the name 산만디, Busan dialect which means the hill top. You can try the taste of 정, who majored voice performance in Italy, where she/he learned the cooking from his/her recipe in the kitchen of his/her home stay there. 정 does not only run restaurant but also holds regular concert and cooking classes.

이탈리아 가정식을 지향하는 소박한 맛이 있는 곳. 산꼭대기를 가리키는 경상도 사투리 ‘산만디’와 어울리는 레스토랑이군요! 성악을 전공한 정 대표가 이탈리아 유학 시절, 솜씨 좋은 하숙집 주인 아주머니의 주방을 기웃거리면서 배운 요리를 맛볼 수 있습니다. 산만디 레스토랑 뿐 아니라 원래의 전공을 살려 정기적으로 음악회도 개최하고, 요리강좌도 소규모로 열고 있습니다.
